Autumn note

I just spent a week on the Lost Coast pressing and canning apple juice and drying chantrelles. Nothing says autumn like fresh apple juice!   Now we're gearing up for the holidays over here at By Nieves HQ , we've been mixing up a storm and have a nice full stock of inventory in preparation for all the events coming up.

Real Mercantile Sunday Nov. 14th 1pm to 7pm

This is a great event featuring local and handmade wares and foods. A really great way to start your holiday shopping without supporting the corporate greed machine.  Come on down, it'll be a hoot!

You'll also find Real Mercantile each Wednesday evening in December, it'll be cozy and filled with totally great gifts and snacks and stuff.

New Store.....Bell and Trunk!

Jasper keeps growing like a weed

He had his first trip in an airplane as we took a little trip across the pond. We visited family in europe and went on a little rock and roll tour with Sleepytime Gorilla Musem.  I couldn't help showing you this nice picture his uncle took of him.
